Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Project Management, Marketing Operations, or Creative Operations. • Hands-on experience working with Jira. • Experience coordinating work with software engineers. • Strong ability to write requirements and structure processes. • Systems-thinking mindset and strong ownership. • Proactive attitude and passion for optimization. • Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integrations. • Experience in performance marketing or creative production environments.
Responsibilities
• Own the roadmap for marketing automation and AI initiatives. • Coordinate the work of the martech team and drive solutions from idea to launch. • Write product requirements, acceptance criteria, and process documentation. • Analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and uncover automation opportunities. • Optimize workflows, Jira processes, and reduce manual work. • Launch and implement AI, automation, and no-code solutions for marketing and creative production teams. • Research emerging martech and AI tools and assess their business impact. • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of automation initiatives and process improvements.
