This team partners closely with leaders across the business to design people strategies, shape organizational effectiveness, and create people programs that support growth, performance, and engagement. They focus on delivering data-driven talent insights, fostering open communication with executive stakeholders, and evolving people practices to meet the needs of a rapidly growing, high-performance company. • GitLab operates as an all remote company, so the ability to work asynchronously and communicate clearly across time zones is essential.
