Power Digital - Fashion Paid Advertising Strategist
Requirements
• 2-3 years of digital marketing experience. 1-2 years in agency setting • Minimum 2 years of experience with Direct Response marketing; specifically in E-Commerce, Lead Gen or B2B • Minimum 2 years of experience with Meta Ads for direct response campaigns • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing • Specifically having experience with campaign development and optimization processes such as bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy development • Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s) • Proficiency in Google Analytics • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and paid media’s place in the funnel • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and project management skills • Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed • Excellent interpersonal skills • Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly and independently • Interested in a long-lasting relationship with a growing company • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): • $9.5k team-member EBITDA • Maintain below 10% Client Churn Rate • Most Important Things (MITs): • Excellence in channel production and account performance • Cross-channel collaboration • Internal communication
Responsibilities
• Full ownership and execution of performance marketing via paid social & paid media native platforms • Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Youtube Ads, Bing Ads • Effectively executing builds and production A-Z with redundancy across channels; facilitating production with Specialists on teams where applicable • Lead execution of optimizations with regards to performance improvements relative to goals • Manage all client budgets and/or advise on budget changes based on your expertise • Effectively own strategic communication internally for client teams • Proactive internal communication with team on performance, strategy, recommendations, deliverables, and action items; facilitating tactical needs with Specialist where applicable • Weekly client progress recaps, outlining performance insights and future recommendations • Excellent marketing and business strategy acumen • Complete understanding of the marketing funnel and how to execute via paid social and paid media • Full understanding of the eCommerce model and lead gen strategies • Ability to navigate roadblocks and adapt strategy to changes in landscape to achieve desired results • Ownership of performance reporting and strategy communication • Execute performance reporting A-Z with excellent presentation creation capabilities • Ability to leverage data to tell a story and articulate results to clients and key stakeholders with clear next steps • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes • Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
