Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in exchange operations, trading operations, product operations, or related roles (crypto / fintech preferred) • Strong understanding of exchange mechanics, including trading flows, liquidity, and token performance • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Risk teams • Data-driven mindset, comfortable analyzing operational and market data • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Hands-on and execution-focused, with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels • Experience in crypto exchange or digital asset platforms • Familiarity with CoinMarketCap (CMC) or similar market data platforms • Exposure to token listings, liquidity management, or market operations • Experience working with trading data or market performance metrics • Basic understanding of KYC / onboarding processes in fintech or crypto

Responsibilities

• Oversee core exchange operations across market-facing functions • Partner with Product and Marketing on campaigns, launches, and trading initiatives • Own user and KYC feedback loops, turning insights into actionable improvements • Monitor token performance, liquidity, and trading activity • Oversee exchange visibility and data accuracy on platforms such as CMC • Work cross-functionally to improve product, trading experience, and workflows • Drive process improvements and operational efficiency • Track key metrics across trading, liquidity, and operational performance
