Requirements

Responsibilities
• Own revenue responsibilities for your specific territory in the West market: Northern California • Own a quarterly quota, delivering on it independently and taking on the most complex and cross-functional deals with minimal support. • Build and grow the region's base of brokers and advisors, activating new partners and deepening the highest-producing ones. • Personally develop and win the region's most strategic Gold Advisor relationships. • Shape territory strategy alongside your partner roles (Enterprise, AE, CR, and peer RDs), sharing what is working across the region.
Benefits
• The target salary range for this position (inclusive of Base + Commission) is $300,000 - $325,000 annually. . This position is also commission eligible. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws.
