Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, Business, or related field • 10+ years of AEC marketing experience with significant focus in Power & Energy, utilities, transmission, or renewable energy • Power & Energy • Proven experience leading complex SOQs, RFQs, and RFP responses for electric utility or energy infrastructure clients • Experience supporting pursuits ranging from mid-sized contracts to large, multi-million-dollar programs • Strong understanding of capture strategy, competitive positioning, and client relationship development • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign required; Illustrator and Photoshop preferred) • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) • Excellent writing, editing, and strategic storytelling skills • Ability to manage multiple concurrent high-level pursuits with autonomy • Experience partnering directly with senior leadership and business line directors • AEC industry experience required; Power & Energy experience strongly preferred • Disclaimer • While AI tools may support your application process, this role is built on human talent.
