Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, Business, or related field • 5+ years of AEC marketing experience with significant focus in Land Development, Public Works, municipal infrastructure, or civil engineering • Proven experience leading complex SOQs, RFQs, and RFP responses for public agencies, municipalities, or land development clients • Experience supporting pursuits ranging from mid-sized contracts to large, multi-million-dollar infrastructure programs • Strong understanding of public procurement processes, capture strategy, and competitive positioning • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign required; Illustrator and Photoshop preferred) • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) • Excellent writing, editing, and strategic storytelling skills • Ability to manage multiple concurrent high-level pursuits with autonomy • Experience partnering directly with senior leadership and business line directors • AEC industry experience required; Land Development/Public Works experience strongly preferred • Disclaimer • While AI tools may support your application process, this role is built on human talent.
