Requirements
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions or business units simultaneously • Prior experience in a high-growth or fast-scaling tech environment • Comfort with hiring metrics and the ability to translate data into actionable improvements for candidate and hiring manager experience • Genuine belief in blockchain and cryptocurrency
Responsibilities
• Advise hiring managers and stakeholders as a subject matter expert on the APAC talent market • Drive direct sourcing and headhunting efforts, owning requisitions from brief to close • Build and execute innovative talent attraction and pipeline development strategies • Own the end-to-end candidate experience as a core part of your recruitment practice • What We Look For In You • Extensive in-house recruiting experience, with a proven track record placing mid to senior-level roles • Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capability • Ability to consult, negotiate, and engage with a wide range of stakeholders in a matrixed environment • Proven ability to manage competing priorities across teams and departments to achieve broader hiring goals • English and Chinese language fluency to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers across multiple regions
