Requirements

• Airbnb platform – experienced level required • WhatsApp – for group communications • Telegram – for group communications • USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature • Working Webcam • Main and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM • Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps wired connection • Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Responsibilities

• Handle guest inquiries and communication via Airbnb • Coordinate with property owners and cleaners via WhatsApp and Telegram • Assist with calendar updates and booking coordination • Support backend/admin tasks (e.g., invoicing, updates) • Follow existing workflows and documentation
