MediSpend - Manager, State Price Transparency Reporting

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Public Health, or related field • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical pricing, compliance, or regulatory reporting • Direct experience with State Price Transparency Reporting (SPTR) requirements preferred • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical pricing constructs (e.g., WAC, ASP, discounts, rebates) • Ability to interpret and apply complex, non-uniform state regulations • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance • Effective client-facing communication and relationship management skills • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines across jurisdictions • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Government Pricing, Commercial, Legal, Regulatory, and IT teams • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess and mitigate compliance risks • Leadership skills with experience mentoring or supporting team members • Working Conditions/Physical Demands: • This position is fully remote, with limited travel that may be required for occasional team meetings, training sessions, or business events. Work is performed primarily in a home-office environment using standard office equipment such as a computer, keyboard, mouse, and phone.
