Requirements
• market research • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Product Management, or related field. • 5+ years of product management experience, especially in AI/machine learning/multimodal technologies and in a B2B setting (preferred) • Proven track record of launching and growing multimodal AI products. • Excellent analytical and communication skills. • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach. • Reka's mission is to build useful multimodal artificial intelligence and use it to empower organisations and businesses. Responsibilities
• Develop and articulate a product vision and strategy aligned with Reka’s mission and market opportunities. • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user studies to inform product decisions. • Create and maintain a prioritized product roadmap balancing technical feasibility, business value, and customer impact. • Lead cross-functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful product delivery. • Champion user-centric design and collaborate with UX/UI designers for intuitive and accessible products. • Define and track KPIs to measure product success and make data-driven decisions. • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, working closely with marketing and sales. • Identify and mitigate product risks throughout the development lifecycle.
