Requirements

• Around 4 years' experience in operations, programme coordination, delivery or research ops • Strong organisation, and confidence juggling multiple SLAs and stakeholders at once • Comfort with workflow tools and dashboards, such as Notion, Basecamp, SurveyMonkey, Slack and Pendo • Curiosity about research and a wish to move towards research execution over time • We value the right attitude, humility and we're as interested in your character as we are in your talent. Responsibilities

• Keep research delivery running • Own day-to-day delivery and escalations across live research projects, including participant recruitment and panel management • Coordinate scheduling and resourcing across product, research and partnership teams • Support on-site field studies, getting close to the operators and warehouses we build for • Build the systems that help us scale • Shape how we work: intake and briefing processes, workstack tracking, debrief templates, documentation, incentives and scheduling • Run and evolve our Notion Hub and Slack channels, so insights travel easily across teams • Help build workflows, tooling and automation that scale our delivery and reporting • Turn newly greenlit product bets into repeatable delivery processes • Turn insight into impact • With the Lead and Analyst, capture and catalogue insights as clear, presentation-ready write-ups for internal and external audiences, and share them company-wide through Notion and Slack • Track feedback and performance data daily, feeding our weekly and monthly insight reports • Maintain the shared operating dashboard, KPIs and OKRs • Build relationships and protect trust • Work with Customer Success to build and maintain access to operators, site managers and decision-makers across customer accounts • Keep our research tools and practices GDPR-compliant, and keep our consent and data-handling guidance up to date • Private healthcare via Bupa with 24/7 medical helpline • Income protection • Pension: 4+% employee with option to opt into salary exchange, 5% employer • Employee Assistance Programme - mental wellbeing, financial and legal advice/support • 25 holidays per year • Full meals onsite in Wallingford • Fun team events on and offsite, snacks of all kinds in the office • AAP/EEO Statement • AAP/EEO Statement
