Requirements
• Currently pursuing a BA/BS degree (Product, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields preferred) • Strong curiosity and interest in GenAI tools and product innovation • Comfortable working with ambiguity and early-stage ideas • Strong communication and documentation skills • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently • Must be graduating in December 2026 – June 2027 • Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) • Interest in SaaS products and customer experience platforms • Basic technical fluency (APIs, product workflows, prototyping tools) • SuccessKPI is a rapidly growing and thriving global business providing a pure SaaS analytics platform for contact centers. Responsibilities
• Work on GenAI POCs to explore new product capabilities and workflows • GenAI POCs • Assist in building and testing screen recording POCs for product innovation • screen recording POCs • Document findings, outcomes, and recommendations in a structured format • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to evaluate feasibility, usability, and customer value • Help create lightweight prototypes, demos, or test workflows for internal review • Support research and competitive analysis related to GenAI and product innovation
