Versaterm - Senior Product Manager – Professional Standards
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Pragmatic Marketing, CSPO) are a plus. • A minimum of 7 years of product management experience within a software organization. • Experience with pricing strategies, business cases, and P&Ls. • Experience developing and executing modernization strategies, including transitioning legacy solutions to cloud-based architectures. • Experience establishing value propositions, product messaging, and go-to-market strategies. • Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle. • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, and AI centric development with Claude Code. • Highly effective cross-functional team management and the ability to influence up, down, and across the organization. • Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Experience with Aha! Product Management software. • Familiarity with software engineering concepts such as APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and mobile apps. • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI technologies to enhance product capabilities or operational efficiency. • Experience with Public Safety professional standards, wellness or Case Management Systems (CMS). • Note: Due to the nature of our work with public safety agencies, this position requires compliance with the FBI's Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy. Candidates must successfully pass a comprehensive, fingerprint-based background check. Please note that specific customer contracts may impose additional security verification requirements.
