Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, economics, business, or related discipline.• Demonstrated experience in accounting or finance.• Demonstrated experience in technical writing, information transmission, and document formatting.• Ability to complete IRS suitability / staff-like access requirements.• No certification required per PWS. • Experience supporting federal programs, cybersecurity programs, audit programs, or compliance documentation.• Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint skills.• Experience with dashboards, financial tracking, invoice support, report QA, and structured templates.• Comfort working with technical cybersecurity content even if not a cybersecurity SME.• High attention to formatting, naming conventions, document control, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Support technical writing, report preparation, document formatting, and information transmission.• Assist with MSR materials, dashboards, meeting materials, and deliverable tracking.• Support financial, accounting, or business analysis tasks.• Help prepare or maintain templates, spreadsheets, tracking tools, and structured documentation.• Support upload, organization, and tracking of correspondence and documentation in case management or SharePoint-style systems.• Assist senior staff with status reporting, metrics, formatting, and quality checks.
