PointClickCare - Outbound Product Manager – 12 month contract

• 5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or go-to-market roles within enterprise software or healthcare technology. • Bachelors Degree in a related field (Technology, Business, etc) • Experience commercializing enterprise SaaS or AI-driven solutions. • Experience working closely with Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success teams. • Healthcare or post-acute industry experience. • Experience supporting beta programs and structured customer validation initiatives • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret adoption and market performance data. • Excellent communication and storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences. • Lead cross-functional GTM readiness planning across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Customer Operations, and Support. • Monitor adoption, usage, and revenue performance; proactively identify growth opportunities and risk mitigation plans. • Drive structured beta programs and customer validation efforts to ensure commercial viability. • Serve as commercialization lead for strategic, high-value deals and executive-level customer engagements. • Influence roadmap discussions through data-driven market intelligence and competitive analysis. • Mentor and guide Outbound Product Managers on best practices and GTM execution. • At PointClickCare, base salary is one of the many components that make up our total rewards package. The Canada base salary range for this position is $109,000 - $136,300 + bonus + benefits, overtime eligible. Our salary ranges are determined by job and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experience including professional and lived experience, and/or work location.
