Sierra - GTM Operations Analyst, Agent Development

• 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy and operations at top-tier technology companies. • Strong analytical rigor with the ability to work with large datasets and translate analysis into executive-ready insights and clear business actions. • Demonstrated experience supporting sales, post-sales, or commercial teams in a strategy and operations capacity. • Comfort with ambiguity and fast-changing environments, with the ability to independently structure complex problems and drive them to resolution. • Commercial instinct and business judgment, with a clear understanding of how enterprise technology products are landed, deployed, and expanded. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor. • A growth mindset, coachability, and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
