Requirements
• You bring a solid track record in product management leadership, with experience building capabilities or teams in fast-paced or scale-up settings. • You demonstrate strong consulting acumen and stakeholder management skills, capable of guiding non-technical executives through complex product choices. • You have hands-on experience delivering complex data, analytics, or AI-powered products that solve tangible business problems. • You bring an agile, pragmatic approach to problem-solving, focused on getting things done while building long-term organisational capability. • You carry an entrepreneurial mindset and excellent communication skills, passionate about articulating the value of product management to clients and peers. • You enjoy split accountabilities, seamlessly transitioning between capability development, high-impact client delivery, business development, and team mentorship. • OUR RECRUITMENT ETHOS • We aim to grow the best team - not the most similar one. Responsibilities
• Owning and advancing the product management discipline across Applied AI by setting organisational standards and modern best practices. • Performing senior billable consulting work on key client engagements to guide the team approach, framing, and product execution. • Advising enterprise clients on product management structures, operating models, and technology adoption strategies. • Shaping skill frameworks that directly inform hiring plans, team capability building, and line management across the product practice. • Partnering with business development leads during early engagement phases to help clients turn advanced AI models into viable long-term products. • Educating internal teams and client stakeholders on the strategic value of product management in driving commercial outcomes.
