Requirements
• You're a technical CSE excited to learn new tech. You've been a Customer Success Engineer at 2+ companies in cybersecurity or cloud-enabled dev tooling. You probably started as a software or systems engineer and excel at customer-facing technical work. • You can build processes from scratch. You'll define our technical onboarding process, create runbooks, build health scoring frameworks, and establish how we scale customer success as we grow from dozens to hundreds of customers. • You're deeply technical and post-sales focused. You excel at technical onboarding, implementation, and driving adoption. You can troubleshoot complex deployments, help build integrations and help customers optimize their use of the platform. • You have deep cloud security expertise. You understand cloud infrastructure, DevOps workflows, and security operations. You can have credible technical conversations with security engineers and architects about their detection and response strategies. • You thrive in ambiguity and move fast. You're excited by the challenge of building something new. You're comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and iterating quickly based on customer feedback.
Responsibilities
• Own technical customer success and guide customers from initial deployment through to becoming powerful users of the platform. • Define our technical onboarding process for new customers. • Create runbooks that detail step-by-step processes for common tasks within the product. • Build health scoring frameworks which assess how well a customer's environment is configured and performing with Tracebit’s tools, to identify areas of improvement or potential issues. • Establish scalable methods for delivering Customer Success at scale as we grow from dozens to hundreds of customers. • Troubleshoot complex deployments that may arise during the customer's use of our product and assist in resolving them quickly. • Help build integrations with other tools or systems, if necessary, to enhance functionality for our customers. • Drive adoption by demonstrating how Tracebit’s products can be effectively used within a company’s existing security infrastructure.

You'll be our first Customer Success Engineer, building the technical foundation for how we deliver customer outcomes at scale.
