Stack AV - Staff Technical Program Manager

• Strong experience as a hands on engineer prior to becoming a TPM required in robotics, automotive, aerospace or technology domains is desired. • Proven experience managing the integration of highly complex, multi-domain technical systems. • Demonstrated experience effectively presenting to and interacting with executive leadership in a dynamic environment. • Familiarity with typical agile software development lifecycles and waterfall hardware development lifecycles. • Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a demonstrated ability to build deep, trusting relationships. • The ability to digest dense, complex technical discussions and accurately extract core conclusions, action items, and trade-offs. • A hyper-organized mindset focusing with breath and depth on the technical details. • Mastery over standard TPM toolbox (Managing burndown lists, Developing Roadmaps, building dependency maps, running workshops, and using the right amount of process in Jira). • A proactive personal quality characterized by a willingness to fearlessly jump into unknown areas and learn new technical domains quickly. • We are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
