• A Strategic Connector: You understand the nuances of the healthcare payer and employer markets and can translate complex partnership dynamics into clear action plans for sales teams. • A "Learn-it-all": You constantly seek to understand the changing healthcare landscape and use that knowledge to keep our partners and internal teams ahead of the curve. • A Resilient Problem Solver: You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can autonomously navigate ambiguity to remove barriers and drive results. • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Commercial Sales, or Partnership Management. • Healthcare Expertise: Strong knowledge of Healthcare and Payer markets. • Technical Fluency: Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales reporting. • Project Management: A proven track record of managing complex projects and strategic planning with cross-functional stakeholders. • Advanced data analysis and reporting skills to drive decision-making. • Deep understanding of sales methodologies and enablement tools.
