Requirements
• 6+ years in Renewals, Account Management, or Customer Success. • Demonstrated success closing complex SaaS renewals. • Strong negotiation and executive communication skills. • Proven ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities. • Deep understanding of SaaS pricing, packaging, and procurement • Strong forecasting and risk management discipline. • Experience in a dedicated Renewal Manager role. • Prior quota-carrying sales background. • Experience with multi-product SaaS portfolios. • Familiarity with churn mitigation frameworks and save motions. • Exposure to pricing strategy or deal desk leadership.
Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end renewal strategy for high-ARR, multi-product, or multi-year accounts. • Own complex pricing, concession, and restructuring discussions. • Act as an escalation point for stalled or high-risk renewals. • Mentor and coach P3 Renewal Managers. • Partner with CS leadership to align value delivery to renewal outcomes. • Provide structured feedback to RevOps and Product on churn drivers. • Maintain accurate forecasts for complex renewal portfolios.

This role is also eligible for commission based on performance and participation in Gainsight’s equity program.
