Starknet Foundation - Growth Manager
Requirements
• Senior generalist with a proven ability to operate cross-functionally across strategy, BD, partnerships, and product development. • Demonstrated ability to build complex financial models, structure incentive/economic terms (e.g., token incentive design, revenue share, earn-outs, vesting/cliff structures), and negotiate multi-party commercial agreements from term sheet to close. • Crypto and DeFi native with minimum 5+ years of experience. • Ideal background in banking, management consulting or legal training, with experience at a Tier one company within the industry. • Strong commercial and research skills, including the ability to build clear business cases and financial models. • A deep crypto network and a track record of building senior relationships with DeFi protocols, LPs and financial institutions that generated revenue/growth. • Self-starter with high energy, motivation, and ambition. • Comfortable defining success for a specific vertical, identifying gaps and reallocating efforts toward the highest-value opportunities. • Proven ability to influence senior executives and work effectively with stakeholders across the organisation. • Strong deal experience and negotiation skills
Responsibilities
• Take ownership of strategy and execution across the Growth team's priority verticals (Privacy, Bitcoin, Quantum, RWA), with the flexibility to shift focus as new opportunities and priorities emerge. • Identify, negotiate and manage partnerships end-to-end to extend and strengthen Starknet’s infrastructure stack. • Develop commercial proposals that drive growth across the Starknet ecosystem. • Work with product, ecosystem and marketing teams to identify and build new solutions that drive partner ecosystem success. • Partner with legal, finance, and operations teams to support existing and upcoming partnerships. • Represent Starknet at conferences and industry events to enhance visibility and connection to top-tier projects. • Location: • We are a globally dispersed, remote-first organization. However, for this role we are partial to candidates based and with networks in: APAC (Singapore/HK) and NYC.
