• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering • Minimum 10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within the construction industry • Between 60% and 70% of your professional experience gained within main contractor organizations • Proven project planning experience within the United Arab Emirates and/or the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia • Technical Expertise • Experience developing and managing project schedules for major structural construction projects involving reinforced concrete structures, structural steel works, complex building frameworks, and other large-scale structural construction activities • Strong knowledge of project planning methodologies, progress measurement, critical path analysis, and schedule control • Advanced proficiency with Primavera (P6) and MS Project • Experience supporting multidisciplinary construction teams through all phases of project delivery • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Excellent attention to detail and reporting accuracy • Effective communication and coordination skills • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams • ## What to Expect • This is an Expression of Interest (EOI) for future project opportunities and does not represent an immediate vacancy. • Candidates whose experience closely aligns with upcoming project requirements will be contacted as opportunities become available. • Successful candidates may be considered for major structural construction projects across the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
