Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in the U.S. • 5+ years of legal experience, with a minimum of 4 years in-house experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS company. • Strong track record drafting and negotiating vendor, procurement, and technology agreements, with a solid understanding of common commercial deal structures, including SaaS subscriptions, professional services, data processing terms, and SLA frameworks. • Experience with contracts management systems (Ironclad preferred) and AI-powered contract tools. • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a drive to solve emerging challenges in an evolving environment. • Passion for tackling complex challenges on a small Legal team and willingness to wear multiple hats.

Responsibilities

• Support our commercial contracting efforts for both the sell-side and buy-side by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of agreements such as MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, and vendor agreements. • Partner closely with Sales and our GTM teams as a trusted advisor, providing clear, solution-oriented legal guidance that helps accelerate business objectives. • Support partner and reseller-related agreements, including reseller or channel relationships, marketplace arrangements, and strategic collaborations. • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of contract templates, negotiation guidelines, and scalable contracting processes. • Identify and escalate legal risks appropriately while supporting business momentum.
