Deliveroo - Strategy & Operations Manager, Subscription Partnerships

• Experience: 5+ years of proven and relevant experience preferably in (i) strategic business development, (ii) subscriptions and loyalty programs or iii) strategy & operations in a top tier tech/platform company / management consulting. Preferably demonstrated success in building and managing high-impact partnerships or collaborations with external stakeholders. • Problem-solving skills: our team is in the business of solving hard problems and developing new solutions - not just in the abstract but also on the lowest level of detail • People & project management skills: you’ll need to be able to inspire and persuade internal and external stakeholders from a broad spectrum of backgrounds in a cross-team setting and get them to work towards one goal in a coordinated, collaborative and efficient manner • Drive, ownership and independence: you’ll be given responsibility and freedom in terms of how to get stuff done. In exchange, you’ll need to be comfortable and effective at being in the driver’s seat in your initiatives. • Drive, ownership and independence: • Analytical skills and AI fluency: you’ll work with data every single day so spreadsheet, AI and data mastery is a must-have.
