Requirements

Responsibilities
• Advise on legal and regulatory matters across Ramp’s UK and EU financial technology operations, including payment services licensing, commercial, and data protection matters. • Negotiate and draft commercial agreements supporting European operations, including bank-partner arrangements and customer-facing terms tailored to local law requirements. • Partner with Product, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Marketing teams to structure and launch new products, payment flows, and international-market expansions. • Build practical, scalable legal processes, templates, training, and issue-escalation frameworks that enable the international organization to move quickly while managing legal and regulatory objectives. • Support corporate expansion activities, including entity formation and governance, local hiring and employment matters, and coordination with external counsel across relevant jurisdictions.
