• Undergraduate degree preferred with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or high school diploma with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. • Hands on experience with IT asset management (laptops, mobile devices, and accessories), including inventory tracking and lifecycle management. • Demonstrated experience with basic system administration, account provisioning, and user permission management. Experience with asset management tools and inventory tracking systems is a plus. • Experience coordinating across departments in a matrixed or multi-site environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent organizations and time management skills as well as astute attention to detail while prioritizing org wide projects and tasks. • Proficiency in managing business software platforms like ZOOM and Adobe among other platforms, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites (Teams, Excel, etc.). • Must be fluent in English. Spanish preferred but not required. • Ability to travel (domestically) as assigned (5-10% or less). • Ability to work collaboratively and multi-task in our KIND environment, managing numerous priorities and emerging opportunities. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects in a deadline-oriented environment; ability to prioritize tasks and delegate as appropriate. • Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Committed to practicing and supporting wellbeing and a work-home life balance. • Experience working and communicating in a remote environment preferred but not required.
