• Degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field • 5+ years in finance transformation, ERP implementation, or finance advisory — Big 4, a finance-focused boutique, or a vendor-side professional services team (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Workday Financials) • You are fluent in accounting and can hold your own with a Controller on multi-entity consolidation, intercompany eliminations, accrual accounting, statutory vs management reporting. Qualified accountant is a plus, not a requirement • You bring structure to messy projects — clear plans, sharp prioritisation, and the judgement to know which details matter and which don't. • You excel at building trust with C-suite executives and finance leadership teams through clear communication and consistent delivery. • You are comfortable working cross-functionally — you have delivered through Product, Engineering, Sales, and customer teams without formal authority over any of them • You diagnose implementation issues quickly and deliver practical solutions that balance customer needs with technical feasibility. • You have a real implementation with your name on the go-live — vendor-side, consulting-side, or as the lead on a customer-side migration.
