• 3+ years close to how finance teams actually work - accounting, process design, consulting, or technical customer success • You build & tinker. Vibe coding, data pipelines, and LLM agents are tools you reach for, and you ship working software, not slideware • You're fluent enough in finance to hold your own with a Controller on multi-entity, consolidation, and reporting - and to know when a request won't work • You bring structure to messy problems and move fast: diagnose, prototype, harden, ship • You're comfortable in front of a CFO and next to an engineer, and you've delivered without formal authority over anyone • You use AI tools daily and have specific opinions on where they help in delivery and where they don't • Fluent English; additional European languages a plus • Bonus #1: Solutions or integration engineering background; experience mapping and redesigning finance processes and with AI agents in production (evals, guardrails, …) • Bonus #2: A finance / accounting qualification • You'll probably struggle here if • You need a spec handed to you - here you find the problem, then build the answer • You've only worked on internal products, never sat in front of a customer • You think "redesign the process" means "automate what exists".
