Requirements

We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table! • 8+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or partner-facing architectural roles. • Demonstrated experience in System Integrator (SI) or Technology Partner ecosystems focused on building technical practices. • Technical fluency in API-first architectures and the ability to build functional prototypes to demonstrate integration concepts. • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical topics to both executive and developer audiences. • Proficiency in multiple languages applicable to the LATAM region: Portuguese, Spanish (desired) and English. • Desired: • Subject Matter Expertise in AI-powered customer engagement (Agentic workflows, RAG, LLMs), CCaaS, or Telecom (SIP, WebRTC). • Experience as a strategic influencer, providing insights to internal product teams to shape global roadmaps. • Location • This role will be remote, and based in Brazil. • Travel • We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, approximately 15% travel is anticipated to help you connect in-person in a meaningful way.
Responsibilities
• Drive technical enablement and readiness across strategic partners to ensure long-term architectural self-sufficiency. • Partner with regional GTM teams to embed partner implementation strategies into early-stage planning and business alignment. • Architect scalable, secure solutions that integrate products into complex enterprise technology stacks. • Act as a technical bridge between the partner community and Product teams to influence global roadmaps. • Create reusable solution assets and technical documentation that help partners scale adoption.
