Gelato - Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

You are confident in your abilities and experience, yet humble and curious in your execution. • Solid full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally with some exposure to GTM or commercial hiring • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices across sourcing, assessment, and selection, with the ability to apply the right approach for the right role • Experience hiring within a scaling B2B or SaaS environment, with an understanding of the pace, ambiguity, and commercial urgency that comes with it • Hands-on experience with recruitment technologies including ATS platforms, assessment tools, and a genuine interest in getting the most out of them. Experience with Ashby, LinkedIn and Juicebox desirable. • A natural curiosity about how things work and how they could work better, and a genuine desire to build that muscle in the context of AI and recruiting • The kind of person who sees a manual process and immediately starts thinking about how to improve it • Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to build relationships at all levels, advise, challenge, and set expectations with hiring managers • Self-directed and detail-oriented, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and problem-solve without needing to be told what to do • Comfortable operating in a lean team where breadth, ownership, and accountability come as standard • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal • Creative, perseverant, and genuinely energized by change rather than unsettled by it • Genuinely motivated by Gelato's mission and excited about being part of a team that is building something that matters. • What it's like to work at Gelato • We are a customer-obsessed team with the ambition to change the world by connecting technology to the printing industry and making it much more sustainable.
