Requirements

Responsibilities
• Partner with senior Sales leadership to design and execute long-range recruiting strategies for FED and SLED territories, ensuring headcount goals directly support regional revenue and expansion targets. • Leverage deep Public Sector market intelligence and talent mapping to identify and engage elite GTM professionals, building a sustainable pipeline that anticipates future organizational needs. • Drive hiring excellence by coaching interview panels on rigorous assessment frameworks and bias mitigation, ensuring high-quality, data-driven selection for every business-critical role. • Architect and lead the end-to-end candidate experience for mission-critical searches, managing complex executive-level negotiations and closing strategies to secure top-tier talent in a competitive landscape.
