Responsibilities
• Design and execute data-driven, full-cycle recruiting strategies for the Sales organization, partnering with business leaders to define role outcomes and success profiles that directly support Everpure’s growth. • Proactively source and engage diverse talent pools, collaborating closely with the central sourcing team to engineer a seamless candidate experience that champions Everpure’s culture and values. • Leverage funnel and market data to advise hiring teams, systematically identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement in both the speed and quality of commercial hires. • Champion internal mobility and referral programs by coaching managers and employees, while maintaining accurate Applicant Tracking System (ATS) data to ensure compliance and clear reporting. • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
