Skio - Software Engineer

• Develop and maintain software applications to meet business needs within the scope of work provided in job descriptions/specifications. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, test engineers, operations staff, etc., as needed for project success. • Write clean code that is easy to read and maintain using industry best practices (e.g., coding standards). • Test software applications thoroughly before deployment ensuring they are robust against potential issues or bugs. • Troubleshoot problems with existing systems when necessary, providing timely solutions for system stability. • Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve work quality and efficiency. • Participate in code reviews as part of a team's development process ensuring high standards are maintained across all projects. • Document software applications effectively, providing clear guidance for future maintenance or enhancements by other engineers/developers within the organization.
