Bloom - Affiliate & Partnerships Manager
Requirements
• You have 4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, brand partnerships or collaborations. • You have direct experience managing affiliate programs, ideally within e-commerce or consumer brands. • You understand the TikTok creator ecosystem and social commerce, including TikTok Shop or similar platforms. • You have experience recruiting, managing, and growing relationships with creators or influencers, UGC creators, and brand partners. • You are highly analytical and comfortable using data to track performance and optimize campaigns. • You have strong relationship-building skills and enjoy connecting with creators and partners. • You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you can build programs from the ground up. • You are both strategic and hands-on — comfortable owning execution as well as planning long-term growth. • Experience working with U.S.-based creators or affiliate networks is a strong asset. • Don’t sweat it if you don’t have everything listed above. While this role is fully remote, there may be opportunities for domestic or international travel for team get-togethers, special events, and the occasional chance to connect in person. • $100,000 - $120,000 a year
