Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field • At least 3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Account Executive, or a combined role with a track record of managing client-facing delivery • Hands-on experience leading UAT and SIT cycles, including test planning, defect tracking, and sign-off coordination • UAT and SIT • Proven ability to gather, document, and manage requirements for software development or system implementation projects • Solid understanding of SDLC and/or Agile methodologies • SDLC and/or Agile • Experience acting as a client or account contact, managing relationships, expectations, and communications independently • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Excellent communication skill, able to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders confidently • Experience in retail, convenience store, or consumer-facing business environments is a strong plus • Good communication skills in English and Thai Native • Sertis may collect, use, or disclose your personal data or personal data of other persons provided by you in order to carry out your recruitment process. Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships • Proactively engage clients to understand evolving business needs, surface opportunities, and manage expectations throughout the project and product lifecycle • Lead regular client check-ins, status updates, and review meetings to ensure alignment and satisfaction • Identify and escalate risks, issues, or change requests early, working with internal stakeholders to resolve them efficiently • Support account growth by understanding client goals and connecting them with the right solutions • Business Analysis • Lead requirement-gathering sessions with clients when new features or system enhancements are requested, ensuring needs are clearly captured, scoped, and prioritized • Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications, process flows, use cases, and solution proposals for the development team • Act as the voice of the client internally, ensuring delivered solutions genuinely address business needs • Participate in and contribute to projects following SDLC or Agile methodologies • Plan, coordinate, and lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients and internal QA teams • System Integration Testing (SIT) • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Define test scenarios and acceptance criteria in collaboration with clients and technical teams • Track, document, and manage defects and issues through to resolution during testing phases • Ensure smooth project go-live by coordinating cutover activities, training, and post-launch support
