Requirements
• Several years of experience in field or regional marketing within a B2B technology company. • Proven experience delivering B2B field marketing programmes across Asia. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, events and stakeholders effectively. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in presenting to a range of audiences. • Experience collaborating with geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams. • Working knowledge of marketing technology platforms, including Salesforce and HubSpot. • An understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) principles and how to apply them in practice. • The ability to use data and performance insights to measure effectiveness and optimise marketing programmes. • A proactive, resilient and accountable approach, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. • Experience using AI tools to support marketing activities and improve efficiency. • Experience working with ABM platforms and tools.
Responsibilities
• Deliver multi-channel marketing programmes aligned with global and APAC priorities. • Work with Sales to execute campaigns that support regional pipeline and revenue goals. • Plan and deliver targeted marketing activity across Asia, including nurture campaigns, hosted events, trade shows, webinars and digital tactics. • Manage end-to-end delivery of in-person and virtual events across Asia. • Partner with the Alliances team to deliver local partner marketing initiatives. • Localise central demand and corporate campaigns through tactics such as landing pages, webinars, digital marketing and events. • Support Account-Based Marketing activity for strategic accounts where required. • Manage the Asia event budget, estimate costs accurately, deliver programmes on time and capture post-event outcomes. • Stay informed on regional and industry trends to help shape relevant marketing campaigns. • Travel for events and occasional internal company meetings as needed.
