Requirements

• 1-4 years of professional work experience • You are a market research or research professional at a leading market research company or management consultant from a top tier consultancy (i.e., background in market research and familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods) • Strong skills in interview guide and survey design to uncover critical insights • Experience with data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, Python) and visualization tools • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets • You enjoy working independently and efficiently with minimal direction and under pressure • You enjoy learning, team collaboration, communication, listening and advocating • Excellent client-facing and internal team communication skills (verbal and written) • Have a bachelor's degree or greater in a relevant field of study

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of client strategic objectives and build and execute detailed research plans to achieve them • Create interview guides and surveys that address client needs to inform better business decisions • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify critical themes and takeaways • Develop client-facing reports and deliverables with a clear storyline and narrative for executive audiences • Own written and verbal communications with clients on respective studies • Prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with clients and experts covering a wide range of expertise, geographies, etc.
