Requirements
• Skills needed: Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills; effective communicator with the ability to work well in a team. • Years of experience: At least 5 years of experience in accounting or finance. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field. (CPA designation preferred but not required) • Certifications: CPAs are preferred, though it's not mandatory to have one for this role. • Must-haves: Familiarity with blockchain and crypto industries is beneficial but not essential.
Responsibilities
• Assist the Accounting Manager with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury management • Manage day-to-day financial operations, including cash flow monitoring and reconciliations of both fiat and digital assets • Support the development, implementation, and improvement of accounting systems, processes, and tools to increase accuracy and efficiency • Collaborate with external auditors and advisors; assist with audit preparation and ongoing audit support • Help develop, monitor, and report on the company’s operating budget • Provide financial insights and analysis to support key business decisions • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and support internal and external reporting requirements • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and automate financial processes
