• Proven track record growing organic social for a product (ideally developer tools, SaaS, or prosumer) • Excellent writing and editorial judgment (hooks, clarity, voice, pacing) • Strong creative direction for short-form video (scripting, structure, creator guidance) • Ability to build and manage a content production system (briefs, QA, workflows, vendor management) • Comfort with analytics (what moved, why it moved, and what to do next) • Strong AI workflows for ideation, drafting, editing, repurposing, and performance analysis • What are Hercules’ operating principles? • Hercules’ operating principles guide how we make decisions every day.
