• Financial control & reporting • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes • Prepare consolidated group management accounts and insightful board reporting packs • Ensure accurate revenue recognition in line with SaaS accounting standards • Oversee statutory reporting, audits, and year-end accounts across jurisdictions • Maintain and continuously improve robust financial controls, policies, and compliance procedures • Manage cash flow reporting and working capital oversight • Prepare board packs and reporting to investors and lenders • Group accounting & compliance • Lead multi-entity consolidation and intercompany accounting • Ensure compliance with IFRS and local tax requirements • Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies • Oversee VAT, corporation tax, R&D tax credits, and international compliance requirements • Systems & process improvement • Improve financial systems, reporting automation, and operational workflows • Help scale finance infrastructure to support international growth and future funding events • Drive process standardisation and internal control enhancements across entities • Partner with RevOps and commercial teams around contract management, data accuracy, and revenue processes
