• 5+ years of experience in implementation/project management, preferably in healthcare/clinical trials and/or enterprise software, ideally involving the integration and use of large data sets • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to develop and execute detailed project plans, define project scope, manage timelines, and ensure successful project delivery. • Experience using project management and product development tools (e.g., Monday.com/Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence). • Start-up work experience and/or desire, aptitude, and willingness to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes • High degree of responsiveness, reliability, accountability and integrity. • Adaptability and a growth mindset: The AI field is rapidly evolving, so a willingness to learn new technologies and approaches is essential. • Willingness to travel up to 10%. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification • Knowledge of interoperability between health system EHRs and 3rd party applications, including but not limited to: HL7, FHIR APIs, and electronic data warehouse extracts • Familiarity with SQL for running existing queries and making minor modifications. • Understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements, including FDA regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and GCP/ICH guidelines for clinical trial management. • Experience working with Healthcare systems, esource or EDC systems • At Paradigm Health, we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all qualified individuals.
