Monks - Senior Product Manager

• 5+ years in product management leading end-to-end software product lifecycle. • Strong discovery, prioritization, and requirements elicitation experience. • Solid understanding of web technologies, software development, and APIs. • Proven client-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency with agile methodologies and tools (Jira); familiarity with Figma/Miro. • Data-driven approach with KPI definition and product analytics literacy. • Goal-oriented, autonomous, organized; effective communicator and collaborator. • Nice to have: Prior consulting experience; Scrum Master/Product Owner certification; experience mentoring and team building. • At .Monks, we believe in fostering an environment where a diversity of perspectives can thrive.
