Requirements

• 5–8+ years in creative strategy, brand strategy, or performance creative — ideally with experience at a top agency, platform, or high-growth DTC/e-commerce brand • You've personally built creative strategies that drove measurable business results at scale, not just won awards (though that's cool too) • Deep fluency in paid social and digital advertising ecosystems — you understand how creative, media, and data interact in practice • Genuine intellectual curiosity about AI and its implications for creative work — you're already experimenting, not just reading headlines • Exceptional communicator: you can present to a CMO, write a compelling brief, facilitate a workshop, and distill complexity into clarity • High ownership and low ego — you thrive in small, fast-moving teams where you wear multiple hats and ship work that matters • Strong relationship builder who earns trust quickly and maintains it through consistent delivery and genuine care • Comfortable with ambiguity; energized by the chance to define a role and a discipline, not just execute a playbook

Responsibilities

• Creative Strategy & Client Partnership • Own the creative strategy relationship for a portfolio of enterprise and high-growth brand accounts, serving as their primary strategic partner • Translate Atria's proprietary creative intelligence — performance patterns, audience signals, competitive insights — into actionable creative frameworks, briefs, and recommendations • Develop and present data-informed creative strategies across channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond), connecting analytical rigor to creative intuition • Conduct deep creative audits, competitive analyses, and trend assessments that give clients an unfair advantage • Collaborate cross-functionally with Atria's product and data teams to turn platform insights into strategic narratives clients can act on • Customer Success & Account Growth • Build deep, trusted relationships with senior marketing and creative leaders at client organizations — become the person they call first • Drive measurable client outcomes: retention, expansion, satisfaction, and advocacy • Run strategic reviews, QBRs, and workshop sessions that consistently demonstrate Atria's value and deepen engagement • Identify opportunities to expand scope, surface unmet needs, and help clients get more from the platform • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, feeding insights back to product and go-to-market teams • AI × Creative Strategy Thought Leadership • Stay obsessively current on the evolving landscape of AI-powered creative tools, generative media, autonomous creative workflows, and agentic creative systems • Develop and share original points of view on where creative strategy is headed — through client presentations, content, social, events, or internal knowledge-sharing • Experiment with emerging AI tools and workflows, identifying what's signal vs. noise and translating that into practical value for clients • Help shape Atria's product roadmap and positioning by bridging what clients need with what's becoming possible at the frontier of AI + creative
