Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Responsibilities
• Define the end-to-end GTM strategy for a portfolio of hardware devices across priority markets. • Develop segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies tailored to different customer types and geographies. • Lead packaging strategy • Define channel strategy (direct, enterprise, retail, distribution, partnerships). • Build and own integrated launch plans in collaboration with Marketing and Sales. • Align supply chain readiness, demand forecasting, and inventory strategy. • Drive launch readiness across training, enablement, documentation, and support. • Monitor early market performance and adjust strategy as needed. • Serve as the central commercial voice between Product, Engineering, and Ops. • Translate product capabilities into clear customer value propositions. • Ensure product roadmap decisions incorporate market and customer insights. • 8+ years of experience in go-to-market, product marketing, commercial strategy, or general management roles — ideally in hardware, devices, or consumer electronics. • Proven track record launching and scaling physical products. • Strong understanding of hardware commercialization dynamics (supply chain constraints, inventory planning, channel economics). • Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments. • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills. • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
