Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, accurate, and empathetic support to our workplace customers across voice and email, resolving shift, payment, and platform-related issues in real time • Navigate tools like Zendesk and the Clipboard portal to investigate cases, update form fields, log clear internal notes, and maintain accurate documentation • Apply sound judgment and critical thinking to troubleshoot issues, follow or adapt workflows, and escalate only when necessary • Develop deep expertise in our products and processes to identify recurring issues or process gaps, helping improve both customer experiences and internal operations. • Work cross-functionally with teams such as Billing, Account Management, and Worker Operations to gather the necessary information and ensure customer issues are resolved effectively • Uphold our values https://www.clipboardhealth.com/careers such as unreasonably fast, ownership, and uncomfortably high standards in every interaction

This role is scheduled for five 9-hour days per week, including 1.5 hours of daily break time. While we aim to align your schedule with your preferences, specific shifts cannot be guaranteed. If your preferred schedule is not available at the time of hire, you may be placed on a waitlist and considered for openings as they become available. .All shifts are based on Pacific Standard Time (PST). Please note that most current openings are during PM (PST) hours. If hired, you’ll be assigned a shift based on business needs, with your preferences taken into consideration where possible. • AM start times (PST hours - 03:00-1:00, 04:00-13:00, 05:00-14:00) • PM start times (PST hours - 12:00-21:00, 13:00-22:00) • [currently unavailable; select if you’re interested in future availability] NOC start time (PST hours - 20:00-5:00) • Please utilize the help center to find the answer.*Note: There may be certain help center articles that require an account to access. You can utilize the open articles to assist with your case answer • Call the professional to troubleshoot their app • Educate on how to contact the worker via in-app chat • Advise them to ensure it is correct moving forward • Educate on how to submit an invoice dispute • Call the professional to ask them to return the narcotics • Advise to customize the calendar and no longer post registered nurse shifts • Fill out a safety incident report • Express empathy and let Nate know we do not tolerate this going forward • Ensure he is using the correct app for facility users and not the worker app • Ask him to contact his administrator • Advise to log in to the desktop app • Ask him to delete the app and redownload it
