Requirements

• ~3 years of experience in a software engineering management role leading fullstack product engineering teams, preferably in high-growth environments • A track record of leading high-performing, engaged full-stack engineering teams - not purely backend-platform or purely frontend teams • Strong product sense and an instinct for balancing speed, quality, and user impact • Experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React) and backend systems (e.g. Node.js) • High degree of cross-functional collaboration - past colleagues in product, design, and business would speak highly of your teamwork • A plus: growth or PLG experience (self-serve activation, onboarding, upgrade flows) - desirable, not required • A plus: experience applying LLMs or agents (research, enrichment, next-best-action, automated diagnosis)
