Requirements
• Customer Engagement Strategy: Design and manage the outbound dialer strategy and engagement cadence for every stage of the funnel. • Customer Engagement Strategy: • Capacity Planning: Own the monthly workforce and incentive planning process to identify short-term staffing gaps and mid-term hiring needs. • Capacity Planning: • Process Optimization: Project manage high-leverage initiatives specifically designed to improve sales & operational efficiency and team member effectiveness. • Process Optimization: • Candidates are welcome to work remotely from the states of AZ, CO, DC, IL, MD, TX, and VA with a preference for the Chicago IL, Denver CO, or Phoenix AZ areas. Caribou does provide the option to work in-office or hybrid from our Denver, CO or Chandler, AZ offices. We may consider remote candidates in CA, FL, MA, NY, OR, WA, and WI, subject to additional approval. Eligibility by state is subject to change.
