Re:Build Manufacturing - Head of Commercial Process Excellence

• Proven experience in commercial operations, GTM operations, process excellence, or a closely related function • Demonstrated, hands-on experience deploying AI tools (LLMs, automation platforms, AI-assisted analytics) in a commercial or operational context • Working knowledge of Lean methodologies — value stream mapping, standard work, root cause analysis, PDCA — applied in a commercial or non-manufacturing environment • Experience building SOPs and standard work documentation at an organizational scale • Strong facilitation and training skills, with comfort delivering to mixed-experience audiences • Analytical fluency, with the ability to use data to diagnose process problems and measure improvement outcomes • Preferred • Background in a PE-backed industrial, manufacturing, or multi-site commercial environment • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) or an equivalent continuous improvement credential • Experience in a commercial operations or revenue operations role within an engineering-intensive B2B company • Familiarity with CRM platforms, GTM Ops tooling, and CLM systems • Experience building AI-enabled training or knowledge management systems • Exposure to Aerospace & Defense, Robotics & Intelligent Automation, Life Sciences, Electrification, or Energy & Environmental Solutions markets • The base salary range for this position is $130,000– $205,000 per year. This range represents the Company’s good faith estimate of the base compensation for this role at the time of posting.  Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives, subject to Company plans.
